Samples
We are happy to send you 2 samples of our
stationery. As each sample has to be handcrafted, we ask that you
pay £6 to cover the cost of 2 samples plus postage, which
is fully refundable against any order you place. Download and complete
our sample request form and return it to us with a cheque made payable
to ‘Adore’.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your samples.

Timescales
Invitations are generally sent out 6-8 weeks
prior to your wedding. Please allow an additional few weeks for
writing out your invites and envelopes where appropriate.
We recommend you leave 8-10 weeks from signing proofs for the manufacture
of your stationery or favours. We can often accommodate orders at
shorter notice than this- contact us if you are on a shorter timescale
than recommended.

Payment
At present we accept payment by cheque,
credit/ debit card through paypal or bank transfer.
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Adore’.
Please contact us if you wish to pay through paypal or via bank
transfer.
Stationery orders require a deposit of 50% of the total order cost#
Favour orders require payment in full.
#minus postage costs as these will be worked
out at cost based on your order.
Postage
Postage will be worked out at cost based
on your stationery order. This will be added to your outstanding
balance.
Postal costs for favours are £4.95 if ordering only favour
containers or £6.95 if ordering only favour fillings or a
combination of the two.
For smaller orders we are happy to give you a postal quote based
on your order.
Terms and conditions:
Proofs: We will always produce a proof of the
artwork and printing.
You will need to check all proofs carefully and mark any design
or wording amendments, sign and return.
Any changes made after production or printing, not marked on the
proof, may be chargeable.
All stationery, artwork and designs are copyright of Adore.
All products are handmade and therefore variations in colour and
appearance may occur.
It is the responsibility of the customer to gain permission for
copyrighted text to be reproduced. Adore will accept no responsibility
for this.
There is no minimum order.
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required upon placing
an order.
Any outstanding balance must be settled upon signing proofs.
Delivery date will be agreed with you in advance.
Postal deliveries for stationery orders will be worked out based
on your order and added to your outstanding balance.
Postal costs if ordering only favour containers are £4.95.
If ordering favour fillings, postal costs are £6.95.
Postal deliveries always require a signature upon delivery.
Damages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns: Due to the personalised nature of the stationery returns
will not be accepted after delivery.
All cancellations are subject to any costs incurred.
Payment of the deposit will be taken as acceptance of these terms
and conditions.
We will not disclose buyers information to third parties.
